1. Acceptance
By using Cliniqo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Cliniqo is operated by Cliniqo Health, referred to as we, us, and our in these terms.
2. What Cliniqo is
Cliniqo is a healthcare coordination platform. We help patients book appointments, store records, and receive lab reports. We help clinics and labs manage their operations digitally. Cliniqo does not provide medical advice or treatment.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Parents or guardians may create accounts on behalf of minors. By registering, you confirm you are eligible to use the service.
4. Patient accounts
Patient accounts are free. You are responsible for the accuracy of health data you enter. Cliniqo is not liable for any decisions made based on records stored in the platform.
5. Partner accounts (Clinics & Labs)
Partner accounts are free during the beta period. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide about their services. Partners must not misuse patient data accessed through the platform.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Cliniqo to share false health information, access another user's data without permission, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
Cliniqo is provided as is. We are not liable for any medical outcomes, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to INR 0 for free-tier users.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
