1. What we collect

When you create a Cliniqo account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you use the platform, we store health-related data you provide: appointment records, prescriptions, lab reports, and medical documents you upload.

2. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the Cliniqo service — booking appointments, storing records, and delivering lab reports. We do not use your health data for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party, ever.

3. Who can see your data

Your health records are visible only to you. Clinics can see basic appointment details for appointments you book with them. Labs can see the test orders sent to them by your clinic. No other party has access to your records.

4. Data security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) for storage, which maintains SOC 2 compliance. We follow security best practices and conduct regular reviews.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account from the Profile page. For other requests, contact us at privacy@cliniqo.org.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Contact

For privacy concerns, email us at Contact@cliniqo.org.
